Show Time Stage Light provides a comprehensive 24-month warranty on all professional stage lighting fixtures( 6 months for Bulbs) . Our policy covers core technical components including LED chips, power drivers, and stepper motors, ensuring B2B clients receive reliable performance and free spare parts support for manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Period

Show Time Stage Light warrants that all professional lighting products (LED Wash Lights, Moving Heads,Dj Laser,DMX 512 Controller etc.) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

Standard Coverage:

  • 2-year full warranty on parts.

Technical Support:

  • Lifetime remote technical assistance via email, phone, or video call.

2. Scope of Coverage

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of core technical components that fail under normal operating conditions. Our focus is on the critical hardware that powers your stage:

LED Light Sources:

  • Premature failure or significant color shift in premium LED chips (e.g., Osram, Cree, or customized high-output modules).

Power Systems:

  • Internal power supplies and drivers ensuring stable voltage regulation.

Mechanical Components:

  • High-precision stepper motors and pan/tilt movement systems.

Control Systems:

  • Motherboards, DMX signal PCBs, and integrated display modules.

3. Warranty Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of our professional equipment, this warranty does not cover:

Consumable Parts:

  • Items subject to natural wear, such as lamps (unless DOA), fuses, and external filters.

Misuse & Environmental Damage:

  • Damage caused by unstable voltage, improper mounting, exposure to moisture (for non-IP rated fixtures), or extreme temperatures.

Unauthorized Modifications:

  • Any product that has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Cosmetic Wear:

  • Scratches or minor fading that does not affect the technical functionality of the fixture.

4. RMA & Claim Process

We follow a streamlined “Remote-First” diagnosis process to minimize downtime for your events:
